I’m Sarah, Christian Business Coach, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, fellow entrepreneur, and pastor’s wife.
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes businesses thrive and how owners can steward them well. That curiosity began in high school with my first job at my hometown ice cream shop and wound me through a seemingly nonsensical career through multiple companies, serving in different job titles. With each place, I always found myself taking on a new job title or role because I was always asking questions to try and maximize efficiency and productivity.
That same curiosity led me to start my first business, an executive assistant company, where I worked shoulder-to-shoulder with solopreneurs and small teams to help them overcome the obstacles keeping them stuck. From there, God opened the door for me to join a world-renowned entrepreneurial training company, giving me a front-row seat to operating systems that help businesses grow with clarity, strategy, and scale.
But even with the right strategies, many leaders were still exhausted—chasing growth while sacrificing peace, family, and faith. I believe God never calls us to build businesses that cost us the things we care about most.
